THE PROJECT

Goal

Developing universal, cost-effective camera testing of products in industrial environments

Description

The aim of the project was to reduce physically strenuous, tiring activities and to increase the quality of inspections and productivity. The replacement of human visual inspection was achieved with the help of common industrial HW and freely available AI libraries to optimize existing production stations and set the standard for new stations. The acquired image data and metadata are stored in the cloud for easier visualization and archiving across the entire company.
